As you can se:

- The minimum wage is P203-233

 a day or P6174-7087 a month.

- A working day should be eight hours, with a meal period of no less than one hour.

- A working week is six days (48 hours)

- If you work more than 48 hours in one week, you should be paid for overtime work.

- There are also eleven regular holidays and two special days in a year. There are standards which tell you what you should get paid if you have to work any of these days.

-  One extra month pay (1/12 of the total “basic salary” earned within a calendar year) shall be paid no later than December 24.
